E-Accessibility Symposium.

Two simultaneous translators and four interpreters for German and French sign language were deployed for the implementation of the digital event. In addition, the entire conference was subtitled live in German and French in cooperation with SwissTXT. The numerous presentations by speakers from the National Council, the Federal Office for Equality for People with Disabilities and the “Access for All” Foundation were recorded on two pre-production days and broadcast on November 5. The program was rounded off by a final virtual discussion round in which some of the speakers were connected live.

«The technical implementation was very challenging. For the accessibility of the live stream we did live translation into German and French sign language #DSGS #LSF, live subtitles d/f as well as simultaneous translation. We were very happy to have such an excellent production partner in Brian Ruchti and his team from #Newsroom.»
